A salon representative will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment.

Q: Why can’t I pay directly at the salon?

Our online service was established to control the quality of Mucota’s colouring
service. This platform serves as a quality control system; enabling customers to
provide feedback as well comments.

Q: How do I get in touch with customer service?

Q: How can I use my vouchers?

All vouchers can be used online and are only valid for online payment.There are
two types of vouchers. You can either receive a fixed amount discount or a percentage
off the total price. Please be aware that each customer can only redeem one voucher
and that all vouchers will also have a specified expiration date, after which they will
become invalid.

Q: How do I pay?

Note that Mucota Colours online is a prepaid service.
You may pay online using PayPal or Any Credit/Debit cards.

Q: How do I cancel an appointment?

After payment, you can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
If you are unable to attend one of your appointments and would like to cancel it,
please head to your “Appointments” section, select the appointment you wish to
cancel and press “Cancel”. Please be aware that colours online is not liable for
specific cancellation policies that would apply to a salon listed. Therefore, for
last minute cancellations, please contact your salon directly.

Q: How do I reschedule an appointment?

You may directly contact your respective salon to change an appointment.

Q: I am allergic to certain products, how do I inform the salon?

Kindly inform the salon using the “Comments” section during checkout. Do add other
information that the salon need be aware of. We recommend that you remind your salon
of these specific needs during the appointment.

Q: I am not happy with the services at the salon, how do I file a complain?

After completion of an appointment, you will receive an email to rate the service and
write a review about the salon. Your review will then be visible to other users. You may
also contact our customer service team who would ensure appropriate actions are taken.
